A Simple Way To Access Notarized Documents

KEY TAKEAWAYS:
- NotaryLive introduces a new way to access any notarized document you may need.
Something to note:
This feature is mostly used to verify a document to see if it was notarized. For example, you receive a document from a signer and want to verify if the document is valid. You would use the QR code and pin to access the digital documentation.
---------------------------------------
After you’ve completed your session with a notary, usually, you will be able to immediately access your notarized document. Whether it be through a button after-session or through email.
However, let’s say you need to verify a document that was notarized, or you want to access the digital copy for future use – that’s where NotaryLive’s new feature comes into play.
**See our full guide on all the new Features & Updates this Summer 2024.
1. Finding the Feature
Through the homepage
If you take a look at the bottom of our homepage, you may notice an “Access a Document” button.
This is just one of many new tools we’ve added to make notarizing and acquiring documents even easier.
Through email
You may also access this feature through email. The email will look similar to below:
Once you click that button you will be directed to the document.
Finding Access ID and PIN
In order to access this digital notarized document in the future, you can access it through the document’s QR code, Access ID, and PIN.
Once you receive the document in email for the first time, you’ll see the following that consists of the needed information.
Note: The QR code will lead you to the Access Documents page as well.
2. When Would I Need This Feature?
Let’s say you only have the printed version of the notarized document but you need the digital version to email to someone else.
OR
Maybe you’re a business that received a printed notarized document and you want to verify that it is notarized. You can check this through the Access A Document Feature. If it doesn’t exist . . . it probably isn’t notarized officially.
How do I enter my Access ID and PIN?
After you use the QR code or click on the link at the bottom of our homepage, you will be directed to the Access A Document.
This is where you will enter the Access ID and PIN – immediately bringing you to the digital, notarized document.
It’s that easy!
