What is NotaryLive?
NotaryLive is a 24/7/365 Remote Online Notarization platform that has been making getting documents notarized online stress-free since 2018.
Is remote online notarization legal in my state?
Yes. Signers can get their documents notarized online in any state they are in. However, state laws differ for notaries public. For more information on the laws regarding remote online notarization, read our blog.
Does NotaryLive support multiple signers/witnesses in the same and/or different locations?
Yes! Our online notary service supports multiple signers and witnesses. There is an extra $5 fee for each additional signer or witness in the same location. There would be an additional $25 session fee for each signer in a different location.
Does NotaryLive store session information and for how long?
Yes, we store session information, including audit trail, audio/video recording, documents notarized online, and other pertinent information. Some state laws differ; however, we store for 10 years.
Does NotaryLive allow multiple users for Business Account?
Yes. With our digital notary service plans, you can have 1-5 users for Business Accounts and unlimited users for our Business Premier Accounts. For more information on these accounts, check out our Pricing Page.
Is remote online notarization with NotaryLive secure?
Yes. Our online notary service follows strict legal requirements. This includes secure verification and protection of your identity. Our platform, NotaryLive, is certified by MISMO, which is a higher standard of security protocols commonly used in the mortgage industry.
How long does the notarial process take?
The online notary session will take as little as 5-15 minutes. This includes uploading the document, verifying your ID, connecting with a remote notary, and receiving a notary seal/notary stamp. No more searching for a "notary near me"; complete the process online.
Is there a volume commitment?
No, NotaryLive’s online notary plans have no volume commitments, but we DO HAVE volume discounts. Contact Sales to discuss.
Is NotaryLive mobile-friendly?
Yes! And there is no app download to use our online notary service.
Does NotaryLive have integration options?
Yes we do! Our online notary platform can easily connect with your workflows. Explore our API Docs or Contact Sales to discuss.
Can I use my own notary pool?
Yes, you may use your own notaries on our digital notary service, as long as they are commissioned in one of the states we support. If not, you can use our NotaryLive pool of online notaries that are 24/7/365. For more information on which states we are currently onboarding with, click here.
Can I be an online notary on your platform?
Yes. Sign up to become a remote notary on NotaryLive (you must be a commissioned online notary public in your respective state).
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes! The NotaryLive Affiliate Program allows participants to earn a starting commission of 15% per notarization, with varying rates based on volume. Affiliates can register, integrate links into digital platforms, and receive compensation for successful referrals after users get their documents notarized online. Payments are made monthly through ACH, with a minimum payout of $10 and no signup fee. The program includes tools like affiliate URLs, targeted landing pages, marketing materials, and trackable sales statistics. Payouts are issued within 30 days post-month-end.
