Hi, I'm Demetrius Borders, owner and notary of Alamo Premier Notary Solutions. I got into this work because I kept seeing the same thing: people who had important paperwork to sign, and no good way to get it done. A trip across town, a storefront that closes at five, a signer who can't leave home, a closing that stalls because something still needs a stamp. So I built Alamo Premier around a simple idea — the notary should come to you, on your schedule, at a price you can see up front. I'm based in the 78109 area and serve clients throughout the Greater San Antonio metro, including communities across Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe counties. I come to your home, your office, a care facility, or wherever the signing actually needs to happen — and for eligible documents, I also offer secure Texas Remote Online Notarization, so we can complete the appointment even if you're nowhere near San Antonio. My work goes well beyond a single signature. I handle general mobile notarization for personal, legal, and business documents, professional loan signings for title companies, escrow officers, and lenders, estate and real estate paperwork, Form I-9 verification for employers, and Texas apostille facilitation for documents headed outside the United States. I'm also a wedding officiant, performing ceremonies and vow renewals across San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. What I care about is that it's done right. Loan packages signed correctly the first time, notarizations that hold up, employers who can verify their workforce with confidence, and clients who understand what they're signing before the pen touches paper. Clear communication, careful attention to detail, and no surprises on the invoice. If you have a document that needs notarizing — or a milestone that needs an officiant — I'd be glad to help. Let's get it handled.
