I've been notarizing documents for eight years, most of it inside Wells Fargo and Bank of America. I handled signings for customers as a Senior Business Banker, and later as a Vice President in risk management. My career has been in banking and financial services compliance. I've reviewed loan documents, powers of attorney, affidavits, and closing packages from the other side of the desk, so I know what these documents do and where they tend to go wrong. I check the details before we start and I explain what I'm doing as we go. I won't rush you. If something isn't right, an expired ID or a missing signature line, I'll tell you and we'll work out the fix. I'm based in Delaware and I also run a small web design business, so the technology side doesn't throw me. If your connection drops or a document won't load, I can usually get you back on track without ending the session. Before we meet, have a valid unexpired government photo ID ready and find a spot where you can see and hear clearly. Don't sign anything ahead of time. That's what the session is for.
