I am a notary commissioned in the state of Florida, certified by the NNA, $100,000 E&O insurance. I am also well trained and certified by LSS Loan Signing System, Fidelity approved and SecureInsight certified and a RON. I service the areas of Orange, Osceola Volusia, and surrounding counties for an additional fee. I’ve also taken the Florida Real Estate course which gives me the knowledge as an agent. I am a Loan Signing Agent who knows how to walk a signer through a loan document and understand the importance of properly capturing each signature, date and initial. I understand the importance deadlines and will ensure that documents are properly packaged and returned promptly.
