Yes. To ensure compliance with state law, online notarizations have strict requirements, including secure verification and protection of your identity. Our platform, NotaryLive, is certified by MISMO, which is a higher standard of security protocols commonly used in the mortgage industry.

Your document will be sent to the email associated with your order, accessed through your dashboard (My Sessions → Your Document), or can be downloaded at the end of your session. If you’re a guest user that did not receive your document, please contact[email protected].
Yes. If you did not complete your online notarization, the authorization of funds will never actually be charged, and will automatically void after a few days. Please allow a few days for the changes to reflect on your account.
No element of a document can be edited after it has been notarized. The law mandates any changes on a document to be notarized again.
