Well, you've finally found a platform where you can easily get your documents notarized online. However, you've reached an obstacle. You need your webcam to connect with a live, remote notary, yet it's not working! The remote notary is waving at the camera wondering where you are as you appear to be a black screen. 

How do we fix this? 

Well, Ron is here to show you how! 

Ron: Any webcam issues only require a small fix! This requires you to make sure your browser even has permission to use your webcam/microphone in NotaryLive. Perhaps you've declined permissions on accident or just missed the notification to allow permissions! My friend here didn't give permission to use her webcam in the browser so NotaryLive didn't process the webcam. 

How do you give access to the webcam to the browser, Ron? 

Ron: It all depends on the browser/type of computer you're using. If you're safari or chrome-- the steps may differ! But no worries! It's made super easy with a helpful article that will show you how to let your browser have permission to access your webcam here (depending on the specific browsers you use).
